Project Management
As a project manager, T & CL strives for a successful collaboration where transparency, efficiency, goal-orientation, discretion and customization are central.
When appointing an external project manager such as T & CL, the client creates a vacuum for an independent, objective link which, at the request of the client, shapes the delegated responsibilities and provides structure where necessary.
T & CL approaches each project with an open mind and tries to achieve it as efficiently and purposefully as possible. This includes:
• Assisting the company in keeping and/or ensuring proper compliance with guidelines and procedures and laws and regulations.
• Ensuring a short line of information between the client and the steering committee.
• Guidance in defining and evaluating the project idea for authorization.
• Defining, managing and protect, among other things, the project requirements, the scope statement, the timeline and the budget of the project.
• Monitoring and checking that the execution of the project proceeds according to the defined and planned outcomes.
• Reporting the documentation and augmentation of processes and analyses to the client.
The Project management process are the different process groups that are completed per Project life cycle phase. T & CL works with; PMI, "Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)", which offers a standard process group framework of five groups in total.
The Project life cycle is the duration of the project from start to finish divided into phases. This can differ for each project. Which means that the Project life cycle is fully customizable as desired per project.
The project management process has the following groups:
1: Initiation
2: Planning
3: Execution,
4: Monitoring & Control
5: Closing
The Execution and Monitoring & Control phases are interwoven in such a way that a joint phase has been made for convenience and efficiency.
At the start of each project, T & CL shares its project plan structure with the client. With this we want to inform you about our working method and certain stages that the project goes through. This way you know what to expect and it is always possible to check in which phase the project is at that time.
The project management process can be a long, complicated and an energy draining process. Together we ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible. Ultimately, together we strive for a successful end result.
